Schedule:
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs.
PRN Commitment Requirements:
- Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
- At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend
- Must maintain all required licensure, competencies, and mandatory training requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and nursing standards.
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered.
- Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
