Field Appointment Setter (SOCO Solar)
SOCO Solar is searching for friendly and energetic Field Appointment Setters who will reach out to potential customers, introduce our solar solutions, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities- Connect with potential customers in your community and spark their interest in solar energy.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to provide detailed consultations.
- Keep organized records of your interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create positive experiences for everyone you meet.
- Collaborate with the team to help reach company goals and celebrate successes.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, positive, and a great team player.
- Lucrative Compensation – $85k to $100k+ annually
