The Auto Ranch Group is looking for a Quick Lane lube technician for our fast-paced Subaru dealership in Fruitland, Idaho. This is also a learning position, designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry through hands‑on experience and structured training.

This role requires a technician who is motivated to take ownership of their growth. The right candidate will:

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail
- Basic automotive knowledge or hands‑on experience preferred
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services efficiently
- Perform work specified on the repair order according to dealership policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly with the team when additional help or direction is needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Stay productive and focused throughout the day
