Woodgrain Millwork in Fruitland, , is seeking a Department Lead for the 2nd shift. The role is hands-on, with the lead operating equipment most of the time and coordinating work with the leadership team.
The candidate will develop employees, set expectations, and ensure a safe, efficient production environment on a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
