Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Needed Near Fruitland,  (j-236645) Seeking Experienced CRNAs for Ongoing Opportunities Are you a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) passionate about providing exceptional patient care? We're searching for three experienced CRNAs to join our team in a growing community near Fruitland,  ongoing positions offer flexible scheduling options, including 5 eight-hour days, 4 ten-hour days, or 12-hour shifts, with mandatory weekend call coverage.

Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a diverse patient population undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures. Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and administer anesthetics (spinal blocks) under the supervision of an anesthesiologist. Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological functions throughout surgery, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Manage post-operative pain management and recovery. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the EPIC electronic medical record system. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in anesthesia practices and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Idaho () license is required. Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is mandatory. Current Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration are required. Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and a comprehensive knowledge base in anesthesia. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a high-pressure environment.

Schedule:

Flexible Scheduling:
Choose between 5 eight-hour days, 4 ten-hour days, or 12-hour shifts to accommodate your preferences. Mandatory Weekend Call:
Participate in weekend call coverage (one weekend on, one weekend off) with a pager for after-hours emergencies. Weekday Call:
Expect at least one weekday call per week. Additional Considerations:
The facility features 17 main operating rooms, 7 dedicated surgical suites, and additional spaces for specialized procedures (cath labs, endoscopy, radiology). The majority of patients are adults over the age of 12. The facility handles a high volume of surgical cases across various specialties. Benefits:
