Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP or PA) to work full-time at its Fruitland clinic.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Fruitland is a busy, well-established practice in a growing part of the community. The clinic is co-located with Urgent Care and has x-ray and phlebotomy on site. A robust Hospitalist program covers inpatient patient need, so inpatient medicine is limited. The clinic utilizes the Epic® for Electronic Medical Record and Computerized Order Entry; experience with EMR is highly encouraged.

Larger system resources. On-site specialties include orthopedics, podiatry, physical therapy, occupational medicine, and bariatric surgery.

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant medical license in Idaho and Oregon; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho and Oregon;
  Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
• A strong medical background and a desire to support an established practice in a growing multi-specialty medical group.
