Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Fruitland, Idaho. This position involves working in a small, high‑functioning emergency department that treats a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. The role requires providing quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment, handling common ER diagnoses such as strokes, STEMIs, abdominal pain, chest pain, respiratory issues, and more. The ER operates 24/7 with a team dedicated to efficient, compassionate care.

- Schedule:
12‑hour shifts from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM, 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM, 1:00 PM to 1:30 AM, and 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled over a 6‑week period with modified self‑scheduling; travelers may sign up for shifts with schedule balancing. - Required Qualifications:
Valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. A minimum of 3 years of ER experience is required; experience with rapid assessment and management of acuity patients preferred. - Certification and
Experience:
ACLS (AHA or ARC), BLS (AHA or ARC), PALS (AHA or ARC), TNCC, and at least 3 years of ER experience. - Additional Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility to work night shifts, experience managing common ER drips such as Levophed, Diltiazem, Narcotics, and Propofol. - ER Staffing: 1 MD on duty 24/7, a mid‑level provider from 12 PM to 10 PM, CNA, unit clerk, RT staff 24/7, and radiology services; all team members are equipped to handle emergency procedures and diagnostics.
- Candidates should be comfortable interpreting strips and managing various advanced respiratory devices.
