Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across departments, including managing communication, scheduling, visitor greeting, and supply organization. Also, perform data entry, document filing, report creation, and presentation preparation. Demonstrate strong customer service skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidates should have excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
