Office assistant vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant for our busy office in El-Fujairah. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support and help manage the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of tasks, including filing, organizing office supplies, handling mail, and performing general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the office and assist with day-to-day operations.
- File documents and organize office supplies.
- Handle mail and other correspondence.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- At least 2 years of experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- High school diploma is required.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; experience with databases is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month plus relevant benefits. You would be joining a friendly and supportive team environment. We are ready to consider applicants from abroad who wish to work in El-Fujairah, providing all necessary visas are obtained prior to starting work with us.
