Salary: 1200 AED per month
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Office Assistant to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and handle the daily tasks of an office environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, managing emails, filing documents and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Manage email correspondence and organise filing system.
- Enter data accurately into office systems.
- Handle routine office tasks and support team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English.
- Friendly attitude towards clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Foreign applicants must demonstrate legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
