Front Desk, Accounts & Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• XR HUB is looking for a reliable and well-organized Front Desk Accounts Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Fujairah UAE
• Welcome customers and manage telephone Whats App and online inquiries
• Arrange diving-course equipment-rental and boat bookings
• Receive cash card and bank-transfer payments
• Issue invoices and receipts
• Perform daily payment and cash reconciliation
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Monitor stock movements deliveries and inventory levels
• Prepare purchase and sales records
• Manage incoming and outgoing order shipments
• Coordinate with couriers freight companies customers and suppliers
• Prepare and check shipping documents packing lists and delivery records
• Track shipments and follow up until successful delivery
• Coordinate with customers instructors and suppliers
• Provide general administrative support

• Previous UAE experience in administration, cashiering, bookkeeping, inventory control or shipping coordination
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting or POS software
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Professional customer-service and communication skills
• Honest, responsible and capable of working independently
• Experience with Quick Books, Zoho Books or similar software is preferred
• Experience in diving, watersports, hospitality or retail is an advantage
