Major Assistant - El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for a Major Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Assisting the Major with administrative tasks such as record keeping and scheduling meetings
• Maintaining accurate files and records
• Updating and maintaining databases
• Preparing reports and documents as needed
• Providing support for special projects when required
• Handling all incoming calls in a professional manner
• Answering inquiries from the public in an efficient manner
• Other related duties assigned by the Major.

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software programs.

Preference will be given to candidates who are native English speakers.
