Join Ali & Sons as a Warranty Administrator
, responsible for managing warranty claims, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely submissions in line with principal requirements.

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time.
• Maintain warranty procedures, records, and documentation.
• Manage parts and tire warranty claims.
• Issue warranty credit memos to the principal.
• Track claims and minimize submission lead time.
• Prepare monthly warranty reports and monitor rejected claims.
• Provide feedback on vehicle quality and warranty issues.
• Support the Service Manager with other warranty-related duties.

To ensure efficient warranty administration, timely claim processing, accurate reporting, and compliance with principal guidelines.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Automotive Technology.
• Languages: Fluent English;
  Arabic preferred.
• Skills: Computer literate, organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
