Sales Manager – El-Fujairah

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales, strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to think strategically while understanding customer needs.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, market research and other methods
• Manage effective customer relationships through regular communication and visits
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• Identify emerging markets, trends, industry opportunities and target customers
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Report on the status of the organization's products, services and markets
• Identify new markets for product lines based on customer feedback

• Proven success as a Sales Manager or similar role in a related field such as sales or marketing
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
• Ability to develop innovative strategies for increasing profits
• Good understanding of market research techniques as well as data analysis methods
• Relevant educational background (Marketing, Business Administration or similar)

Salary: 1700 AED per month. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates.
