Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing original event concepts and managing the full event lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and post-event evaluation. You will ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s brand and communication goals.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events end-to-end, from concept development to post-event evaluation
  • Manage event schedules, logistics, budgets, and contingency planning
  • Oversee on-site operations to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including pricing negotiations
  • Supervise event support staff such as caterers, security, and event assistants
  • Identify and develop partnership and collaboration opportunities
  • Represent the organization in meetings and media engagements when required
  • Ensure all events align with brand identity and communication objectives
  • Prepare event-related presentations, supporting materials, and PR content

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field
  • English and Arabic fluency
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event coordination and management for government, semi‑government or education sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Excel
