MIS & Costing Officer

Job Description

We’re recruiting MIS & Costing Officer for one of our clients, who is a leading Construction Chemical Company in the UAE.

Our client is a well-established Construction Chemical Company in UAE.

• To review the Cost Centers, Cost elements and expenses booked therein for all production, sales and support activities on a daily and monthly basis.
• Margin analysis – Product, Market, Customer etc.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling the overall cost of production and other associated costs.
• Actively participate and perform the month end closing of cost accounting within stipulated time, every month in coordination with all associated process owners.
• Actively participate in periodic stock count of bulk material.
• Quarterly verification and reporting of stores and spares inventory in coordination with stores personnel.
• Involvement/assistant to yearly business planning and budget process.
• Involvement/assistant in latest forecast process.
• Prepare required presentations as guided by Management.
• Prepare and fulfill required analysis and reporting requirements.
• Assist in development of comprehensive tools for financial analysis and predictions.

• Must have experience of working in a Construction Chemicals company.
• Education:
  
  CA / CIMA / ACCA.
• Must have 5+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA is very much preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
• Good analytical skills.
• Costing, Accounting, Auditing.
• Minimum one-year hands on training on Costing and accounting.
