Do you have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable first impressions We are looking for friendly professional and service-oriented Front Desk Agents to welcome our guests and deliver exceptional experiences from check-in to check-out

• Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest enquiries requests and complaints professionally
• Process reservations payments and billing accurately
• Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest stays
• Deliver exceptional service in line with Radisson standards
• Previous Front Office or guest service experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
