Radio Station Manager (Malayalee)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radio Station Manager to oversee the operations of our radio station in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the station, ensuring high-quality programming, and maintaining strong relationships with listeners and advertisers.

• Manage and lead a team of radio presenters, producers, and support staff
• Develop and implement programming strategies to attract and retain listeners
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate revenue through advertising sales
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the station
• Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and company policies
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain strong relationships with listeners, advertisers, and industry professionals

• Fluency in Malayalam (spoken) is preferred but not required
• Proven experience as a Radio Station Manager or similar role in the media industry
• In-depth knowledge of radio broadcasting techniques, audience demographics, and market trends
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with listeners, clients, and employees from different backgrounds
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field is preferred

This is a part-time position without accommodation. We offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for selected candidates.
