Project Manager Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects from start to completion, while ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on overseeing projects and making sure they are completed within the allocated timeframe, budget and scope.

You will also be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, assigning tasks, tracking progress and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements for Candidate:

• Proven experience as a successful Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, Waterfall etc and the ability to apply them in practice.
• Ability to lead projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams/resources simultaneously within a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology solutions on time and within budget constraints.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to make well-informed decisions quickly.
• The flexibility to accommodate changes in requirements or timeline throughout the course of the project delivery cycle.
• Willingness to travel when necessary for project purposes.
• An understanding of financial principles related to project management such as budgeting, estimating costs etc is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working with immigrants is an advantage but not essential.
