Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction and management of projects from start to finish, ensuring that all objectives are met within the agreed timeframe and budget. This position offers a salary of 1500 AED and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, as well as strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills. In addition, they should be able to effectively coordinate with various teams and stakeholders in order to ensure successful project completion.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and decision-making abilities
The main responsibility of the Project Manager is to plan, manage and oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish. This includes developing project plans and timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress and troubleshooting any issues that may arise throughout the duration of the project. Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting on progress made during each stage of the project lifecycle.
Other duties include identifying risks associated with projects and working with relevant teams to mitigate them; managing resources such as staff, budget and timeline; setting expectations with stakeholders; coordinating weekly meetings; providing training when needed; liaising between technical teams and non-technical personnel; monitoring quality assurance; creating presentations; preparing reports on progress made during each stage of the project lifecycle; meeting deadlines without compromising quality standards;
evaluating performance throughout the lifecycle of projects; ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
