As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies, managing media relations, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation
• Manage media relations by responding to media inquiries, arranging interviews, and preparing press releases
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including clients, partners, and community leaders
• Plan and execute events such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor media coverage and provide reports on PR efforts
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into PR strategies
• Handle crisis communication effectively when necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations management role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Malayalam is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in managing media relations is preferred
• Proficient in social media management tools
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• UAE nationality or relevant work permit is preferred
