We are looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries using your expert knowledge of the craft. You should have experience working in high-end restaurants and be able to create innovative dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Create delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• Develop items for daily menus and seasonal specials while maintaining consistency and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a pastry chef.
• Creative flair and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A passion for baking and creating unique desserts.
• Experience with managing staff is preferred but not required.
• Legally permitted to work in the UAE (for immigrants).
