Telemarketer - El-Fujairah, UAE (Pakistani/Malayalee Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about the company’s products and services.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telemarketing and excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to applicants with Pakistani or Malayalee background, although all nationalities are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is not required, however, some knowledge is preferred. This is a part-time position with free visa and ticket provided, as well as accommodation.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about the company’s products and services
• Gather customer feedback and information regarding market trends
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Remain up to date on product features and updates

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (minimum 1 year)
• Excellent communication skills in any language (English preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
