Set individual sales targets and delegate responsibilities to your team, ensuring they have the resources they need to excel. - Drive Performance:
Monitor and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed. - Collaborate for Results:
Liaise with supporting functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and cultivate effective business relationships with key decision-makers. - Analyze and Optimize:
Forecast sales revenue, analyze data to identify opportunities, and manage debtor and stock days within budget.
- Proven Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry. - Leadership Excellence:
Experienced in managing day‑to‑day sales operations and leading a team to success. - Tech‑Savvy:
Excellent MS Office skills, with SAP knowledge being an added advantage.
You will report to the Dealer Principal and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, dealing directly with both internal and external customers. Our team is dedicated to excellence and driven by a passion for success.
