We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Representative to join our growing automotive sales team in the UAE. This role is central to driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening brand presence within the competitive automotive market. As a key front-line representative, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the purchasing journey—from initial inquiry to final sale—while contributing to team targets and overall business growth. Your expertise in sales and marketing, combined with fluency in Arabic, will enable effective communication with a diverse clientele and support our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage potential customers through inbound leads, walk-ins, and outbound outreach initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sale support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle launches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and dealership promotions.
- Provide timely feedback on customer preferences and market demands to support marketing and product strategy.
- Proven experience (4–5 years) as a Sales Representative in the automotive industry, with a strong sales record.
- In-depth knowledge of automobiles, including technical specifications, performance metrics, and market positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) essential.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including negotiation, closing techniques, and customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and a reliable personal vehicle for business use (preferred).
