Sales Executive - Arabic Speaker

About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest‑focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

• Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in the specific area of responsibility under general guidance and supervision.
• Generate and maintain customers of defined accounts and areas through sales activities such as face‑to‑face sales calls, telephone calls, and entertainment.
• Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales.
• Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts' managerial and departmental executives, achieving targets and maximum productivity.
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
• Solicit and serve transient and group business and meetings.
• Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities whenever possible.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the property's unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies.
• Formulate corporate offer letters, yearly contracts and other required business correspondence.
• Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and/or direct mail.

Preferably hold a degree in Sales & Marketing and have a minimum of two years postgraduate work experience in a similar position. Good computer skills and perfect command of English are must.
