Sales Manager job in El-Fujairah UAE
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, devising strategies to increase sales and profits, and developing customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Devise strategies to increase sales and profits
- Monitor performance of sales staff, providing training and support where necessary
- Develop customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Negotiate favorable terms of contracts with customers
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and other relevant data
- Create promotional materials to advertise products or services
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in sales management
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights from it
- Good negotiation skills; able to close deals quickly and effectively
- Aptitude for problem‑solving
Salary: 1200 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
