Telemarketer (Preference for Indian/African Candidates)
We are looking for a talented Telemarketer to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work full time without accommodation, and speak English fluently. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian or African nationality.
- Primary responsibility is to make outbound calls and present promotional offers to potential customers.
- Explain the product or service efficiently, accurately and confidently.
- Overcome objections and create an effective sales pitch.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Process orders and follow up on customer inquiries both via phone and email.
- Multitask and stay organized when working with multiple customers simultaneously.
