Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month and are ready to consider a foreigner. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and managing the sales process from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
You should also possess excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
The Sales Manager’s main duties include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies in order to increase revenue
- Monitoring competitors’ activities and market trends
- Identifying new opportunities for business development
- Creating customer profiles in order to better understand customer needs
- Managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Training, motivating, and managing the sales team
- Setting goals for the sales team and tracking performance against those goals
- Preparing reports on sales activities, performance, and results
