Sales Manager job in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing client relationships and managing the sales team.
Responsibilities- creating and implementing effective sales strategies
- establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
- managing customer accounts
- providing on-the-job training and mentoring to members of the sales team
- analysing market trends
- providing updates at regular team meetings
- ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- a bachelor's degree in business or related field
- at least five years of experience in a sales management role
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions for customers
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- knowledge of consumer behaviour principles
- consider foreign nationals with valid work permits
- competitive salary of 1700 per month
