- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Basic computer/technology proficiency
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- Developing relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities
- Keeping up with industry trends and new products
- Ensuring accuracy in invoicing, billing, payments and documentation related to sales activities
- Executing marketing initiatives for product promotion
- Maintaining records of stock levels and inventory management
- Providing exceptional customer service by attending to customers’ needs promptly
