The primary responsibilities of this position will be operating cranes in order to move materials around the work site as well as setting up the crane before operation and ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times.

• Inspecting the crane before each use to ensure it is functioning safely and properly.
• Reading and understanding technical documents related to crane operation.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent hand-eye coordination as well as good problem solving skills. You should also have basic knowledge of math and physics in order to accurately calculate loads and distances when operating the crane with precision.
