, the role shifts heavily toward meticulous craftsmanship, material procurement, sub-contractor supervision, and sharp aesthetic precision.

• Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily site operations for joinery installations, marble layouts, cladding, tiling, glass glazing, and intricate ceiling or flooring works to achieve a first-time consultant inspection pass rate of 90% or higher.
• Project Timeline Adherence: Track and drive all interior fit-out milestones, specialized installations, and authority inspections to ensure final project handover falls strictly within 100% of the baseline schedule.
• Material Wastage Control: Manage the procurement, storage, and handling of timber, tiles, stone, and gypsum boards to restrict overall project scrap and breakage rates below the agreed 5% threshold.
• Rework Minimization & Setting Out: Verify site dimensions, levels, plumb lines, and shop drawings prior to installation to keep total rework costs below 2% of the fit-out budget.
• Shop Drawing Review: Analyze detailed joinery production drawings, cutting lists, marble book-matching layouts, and reflected ceiling plans before fabrication to eliminate on-site spatial conflicts.
• Sub-contractor Coordination: Direct specialized joinery factories, masonry teams, drywall installers, and MEP sub-contractors, continuously monitoring their daily performance against quality benchmarks.
• Snagging & Handover: Conduct rigorous internal quality control checks on all paint finishes, tile grouting, and joinery alignments, ensuring a completely flawless, snag-free delivery to the client.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE, with a proven portfolio in luxury hospitality or high-end residential sectors.

  Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing verification and MS Project or Primavera P6 for tracking fit-out schedules.
• Material Expertise: Deep knowledge of wood species, stone and tile fixing methods, fire-rated doors, gypsum assembly, smart glass systems, and architectural metal finishes.
• Credentials: Society of Engineers (SOE) UAE membership.
