Salary: 1200 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing carpentry services and completing projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements- Proven experience as a carpenter, minimum 1 year of work experience
- Ability to read technical plans, blueprints and drawings
- Knowledge of different woods and their characteristics
- Experience using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, sanders etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
- Cut materials to size indicated in the plans or directions of supervisor using hand tools.
- Assemble wood frames with nails and wood glue or use screws or dowels.
- Accurately install hardware such as hinges, locksets, closers etc.
- Sand wooden surfaces smooth with sandpaper or electric sander prior to finishing.
