Carpenter – Dibba-El-Fujairah

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The position offers a salary of 1100 and we are open to considering an immigrant.

Job Description:

The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This includes framing buildings, erecting walls, roofs, stairs, doors, windows, etc., as well as carpentry for cabinetry and furniture assembly. The Carpenter should possess a strong understanding of tools and techniques used in the trade.

Responsibilities:

• Reading blueprints or instructions to understand specifications
• Measuring materials or distances with rulers or tapes
• Making calculations to determine dimensions
• Cutting boards or other materials using saws
• Assembling parts together such as doors frames
• Installing structures according to specifications
• Performing repairs on existing structures or furniture

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of experience in the carpentry trade
• Certified professional carpenter license preferred (where applicable)
• Strong understanding of tools and techniques used in the trade
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
• Ability to use hand tools such as saws, hammers, etc.
