Plant Controller
A well-established industrial company is seeking a Plant Controller to support financial operations across multiple Southern California facilities.
This role partners closely with operations leadership and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close and financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee cost accounting and inventory controls
- Partner with operations leaders to improve performance and profitability
- Lead and develop an accounting team
Qualifications
- 7+ years of accounting and finance experience
- Plant Controller, Assistant Controller, Operations Controller, or similar leadership experience
- Manufacturing, industrial, construction materials, building products, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
- CPA or CMA preferred
