A leading transportation and logistics organization is seeking a Sr. Billing Specialist to join its growing team.
Responsibilities:- Manage the full billing cycle from shipment entry to invoice completion
- Process, audit, and reconcile freight invoices
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer billing inquiries
- Apply customer contract rates and pricing schedules
- Maintain billing records and ensure invoice accuracy
- Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Collections, and Sales teams
- 3+ years of freight, transportation, logistics, or billing experience
- Experience with invoice processing, auditing, and reconciliations
- Knowledge of customer contract rates and freight billing processes
- Truck Mate experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
