The Student Health and Counseling Center within the Division of Student Affairs strives to support students in achieving their academic, professional, and personal goals. We seek an exceptional individual to join our team as the Clinical and Outreach Services Assistant (Administrative Support Coordinator I).

Under the general direction of the Associate Director and the Senior Associate Director/Medical Director for Titan HEALTH, the Clinical and Outreach Services Assistant provides comprehensive, high-level administrative, clinical, and outreach support. The position’s responsibilities include daily operations support, including managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, procurement card reconciliations, and meeting logistics, supporting departmental committees, drafting reports, and assisting with accreditation processes. Coordinates general clerical operations, resolving inquiries, and serving as the primary coordinator for student employee/intern hiring, payroll, and scheduling.
Facilitates logistical support for major department events (e.g., Well Fest, Safe Spring Break) including assisting with event setup/cleanup, gathering participant survey data, and representing Titan HEALTH programs across campus committees. Handles information of a sensitive nature requiring strict confidentiality, exercising independent judgment, and effectively collaborating with campus partners (including Housing and Residential Engagement, University Police Department (UPD), Basic Needs, Office for Civil Rights and Equity (OCRE), and the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management to advance Titan HEALTH’s mission.

High School diploma or the equivalent and two years of experience in general office, clerical or administrative support work or the equivalent. Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for the required experience on a year for year basis.
Thorough, detailed knowledge of applicable university infrastructure, policies, and procedures. Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Thorough knowledge of office systems with the ability to use a range of technology, systems, and software packages. Ability to independently handle multiple work unit priorities and projects. Ability to apply a variety of policies and procedures where specific guidelines may not exist.
