We seek an exceptional individual to join our Labor Relations team as the Confidential Administrative Support II.The
ideal candidate in this role should have a positive attitude and an active, energetic mind characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to inclusivity, openness, flexibility,integrity, and kindness.
$4,687 - $5,600 per month
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM
EssentialQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;
- completion of a professional training program specific to the position and directly related work experience;
- or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Strong analytical,interpersonal, conflict resolution and written/verbal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies ina diverse community.
- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
- Investigate and analyze information, reason logicallyand draw conclusions.
- Gather and organize documents.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a timely manner.
- Interpret,communicate, and apply policies and procedures.
- Detail oriented andself-directed.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily and is required for employment. CSU willmake a conditional offer of employment, which may be rescinded ifthe background check reveals disqualifying information, and/or itis discovered that the candidate knowingly withheld or falsifiedinformation. Failure to complete the background checksatisfactorily may affect the continued employment of a current CSUemployee who was conditionally offered the position.
