Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Property Manager role in Fullerton, CA, overseeing the daily operations and care of a luxury private residence. You will work directly with the owner to protect and improve the property over time.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating repairs, services, and routine inspections to keep all facilities in excellent condition
  • Managing vendors and service providers, including scheduling and supervising cleaning and maintenance work
  • Monitoring property security and safety standards
  • Tracking bills and assisting with budgeting for property-related costs
  • Providing executive-level support such as organizing visits, preparing the property for guests, and handling owner requests promptly
  • Maintaining clear documentation and communicating consistent updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring all activity complies with relevant regulations and owner expectations
Qualifications
  • Background in luxury property or estate management, the competitive equestrian world, or high-level personal assistant work. Experience across more than one is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple vendors, schedules, and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with owners, guests, and service providers
  • Proficiency with basic office software and tools for tracking maintenance, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Working knowledge of routine home maintenance, safety standards, and local regulations
  • Proven reliability, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs before they are raised
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Professional working proficiency in English required. Spanish is a plus.
