Career Center Engagement and Operations Lead (Administrative Analyst/Specialist Non‑Exempt)
Salary Range: $4,799 – $5,348 per month (based on qualifications)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Fullerton
- Coordinate and support Career Center operations and employer relations team.
- Assist Associate Director in developing and coordinating surveys and assessments of employer recruitment efforts.
- Manage employer recruitment initiatives, including on‑campus interview program and other career events using Symplicity.
- Draft and disseminate employment and recruitment opportunities to students via print, online, email, etc.
- Maintain Symplicity database: record, track, evaluate and approve new registrations, job postings, interviews, information sessions.
- Support university systems for email communications, announcements, promotions and marketing.
- Provide front‑line customer service to employers and students, troubleshoot issues, schedule appointments and maintain daily office schedules.
- Coordinate walk‑in traffic, counseling, computer lab and career library services.
- Oversee student assistants, coordinate internal office activities and requests to other campus units.
- Serve as point of contact for employer recruitment inquiries, on‑campus interview questions, job postings and career services.
- Manage 12twenty platform data: run outcome reports, clean data and analyze post‑graduation outcomes.
- Support the I Am First program: oversee attendance, assignment completion, evaluate cohort data and update evaluation questions.
- Facilitate the Career Center LEAD Titan Student Assistant Training Program, including Canvas course creation and training supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution or equivalent training/experience in administrative policy, procedure or program analysis.
- Working knowledge of budget policies, research and statistical analysis methods, business mathematics, and basic statistical techniques.
- Ability to interpret and apply a range of policies and procedures affecting the program or unit.
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, multi‑tasking, planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and presentation.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Background check, including criminal records check, satisfactory completion required.
- Previous experience in a high‑traffic, deadline‑driven customer‑service environment.
- Experience in a team‑oriented setting.
- Strong research and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel (graphing and charting), Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook.
- Knowledge of established policies and procedures for making job‑related decisions.
