Senior Graphic Designer-Creative Manager

Design Marketing is the creative force that steers the execution of the 85⁰C brand; and plays a critical role in creating marketing material and campaigns. The Creative Manager works closely with Operations, Information Technologies and the Marketing team to design solutions with high visual impact through a multitude of creative mediums. This position must be able to emulate and enhance the 85ºC brand and execute the vision of the leadership team.

This position will create various assets for store layouts, merchandising, digital media, and other mediums in order to convey the 85⁰C retail experience. The Creative Manager will be tasked with supervising creative aspects of Marketing as directed by the Marketing Director.

Qualifications
- - BS/BA degree in Graphic Design or Similar. Masters preferred

- Three years of experience in creating multimedia artwork, layouts and videos

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Must have good leadership, coaching, & supervisory skills

-Excellent interpersonal skills, with high self-confidence and the ability to clearly communicate complex information

-In-depth understanding of 85C product, brand image and future vision

-Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines.

-Ability to take ideas and transform then into visual representations.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing deadlines or quality of work.

-Demonstrated knowledge of product presentation and fixture management.

-Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere. Knowledge of After Effects and Audition and Excel a plus.

-Basic knowledge of Word Press. Must be able to make, supervise, or proof edits to our existing website.

This position requires general office work with light physical duty, work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional standing and walking.
