Administrative Assistant

Please note: This is a temporary position expected to run from now through July 2026
. This role supports the Photography Department and is primarily focused on administrative and operational assistance rather than creative photography work. Photography experience is not required; however, basic camera familiarity is a plus.

• Assist photographers with photoshoot setup and breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, products, and shoot areas
• Pull inventory, merchandise, and props for scheduled photoshoots
• Insert and organize photos within spreadsheets and tracking documents
• Archive, label, and save digital photo files according to company standards
• Create and maintain project files
• Manage email correspondence and internal communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to safely climb ladders to retrieve products and inventory

• Basic camera operation knowledge or familiarity with photography equipment
• Previous administrative, warehouse, studio, or production support experience
