Customer Service Rep
Warehouse Supervisor
Supervise a variety of general office and customer service activities critical to the daily results of the warehouse operation.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Serve as point of contact to receive billing and customer claims
- Handle escalated customer issues and validate the claims
- Coordinate with Operations to meet on-time turnaround goals
- Partner with Operations to prepare regular reports of customer activity
- Conduct root cause assessment to proactively improve customer services month over month
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- 3 years customer service experience in warehousing and/or distribution environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
Pay Range: $70,304.00 - $
