Salary Range: $1,391.74 – $1,527.30 per lecture unit rate; $1,391.74 – $1,527.30 per lab parity unit rate; $1,113.42 – $1,221.77 per lab unit rate.

• May be asked to teach days, evenings, hybrid/online and in the dual enrollment program.
• Required to complete additional campus‑based training for online/hybrid instruction.

• Master’s in dance, physical education with a dance emphasis, or theater with dance emphasis;
• OR Bachelor’s in any of the above AND Master’s in physical education, any life science, physiology, theater arts, kinesiology, humanities, performing arts or music;
• OR possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area; or an equivalent credential or experience determined by the District Equivalency Committee.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within a higher‑education setting.

• Demonstrated success in helping arts students from historically under‑represented and/or marginalized groups, nontraditional students, speakers of other languages, and students with learning disabilities.
