Titans After School Program Site Coordinators are the site supervisor at a designated after-school site and will be in ratio at a site. Site Coordinators are responsible for the overall supervision of a site and all students participating in the program. Must maintain contact with the Program Coordinator and Program Director regarding all aspects of the program and must be committed to being a constant presence during all hours of operation.
Site Coordinators must have high energy, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain a fun and organized atmosphere.
Must be available to work five (5) days a week.

- Adhere to all Titans After School Program rules, procedures, and policies, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Manage one site with 5-10 classrooms, accommodating 20-25 students per class (totaling 100-120 students per site).
- Supervise and guide 10-12 staff members, ensuring their performance aligns with program expectations.
- Maintain at least 90% of the designated school’s enrollment goal each school year.
- Attend weekly Site Coordinator meetings additional meetings throughout the year with the Program Director and Program Coordinator.
- Serve as the primary contact for the site, including communicating with parents regarding incidents or notices (alongside the Assistant Supervisor 2, if applicable).
- Conduct weekly staff meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and build team cohesion.
- Host Parent Events at the site at the end of each year.
- Report staff callouts and site incidents (e.g., lockdown drills, late pick-ups) to the Program Director/Coordinator immediately, following the chain of command
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Coordinator to prepare and implement program activities and disciplinary plans.
- Regularly communicate with the Program Director and Coordinator about all aspects of the program.
- Request substitutes for absent staff members as needed.
- Provide tutoring and homework assistance to help students meet national standards.

Let’s Learn!, Meet the Masters, Math Readers, Battle of the Books, STEM, Comic Books along with any new curriculum that may be introduced during the school year. - Ensure program materials and equipment are available, functional, and well-maintained.
- Manage service learners, interns, and volunteers at the site.
- Ensure the absent list is sent to the Program Assistant within 30 minutes of the program start time.
- Collect, review, and submit attendance documents daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness (e.g., signatures, missing components).
- Update student information in the attendance tracking system (City Span) weekly or as needed.
- Accurately track student progress using program protocols.
- Provide constant supervision to ensure a safe and supportive environment for students.
- Use personal transportation to transport program equipment between sites or report to other locations when necessary.
- Create and implement engaging educational curriculum monthly or as needed, incorporating positive youth development strategies, recreation, and life skills.
- Monitor and manage Titans property (e.g., curriculum materials, electronics) issued to the site.
- Meet with the school principal on a monthly basis to discuss updates, progress, and any concerns related to the Titans After School Program.
- Ensure all staff clock in/out on the site’s desktop computer or approved Web Clock App (if off-site).
- Review and approve staff timesheets bi-weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Monitor and complete all required trainings by the deadlines. Failure to comply may result in deactivation of work status until completion.
