Hildegard College is seeking a Community Development Lead to support the growth of the wisdom-based entrepreneurial ecosystem on our Costa Mesa campus. The ideal candidate is someone who shares our dream for Orange County leaders to model healthy organizations using redemptive capital to solve our world’s most critical challenges. This is not a traditional admissions, membership, or partnership development role. This is a people + systems role for a team and community-minded person who loves organization and structure and also building relationships with:
● Leaders, parents, and partners who shape learners’ decisions.
● Learners in various stages, from traditional undergraduate student candidates to adult venture builders.
● Advisors and partners who have the resources to build our capacity for growth.
You’ll serve as a cultivator and developer of future students, referring partners, and our internal community, helping people feel seen, understood, and invited into something meaningful.
