Political Science - Part-Time Lecturer Pool

Position

Political Science Part‑time Lecturer – temporary lecturer in the Division of Politics, Administration, and Justice at California State University, Fullerton.

Location:

Fullerton, CA.

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in comparative politics or international law, typically in a lecture‑discussion format.
• Prepare syllabi, assignments, and reading materials; maintain up‑to‑date course materials.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings and departmental activities as required.

• Enrolled in a Ph.D. program in political science or public administration, or possess a M.A. with substantial graduate coursework.
• Prior university‑level teaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse, first‑generation students.

• Experience working with diverse populations and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
• Relevant professional experience that enhances teaching.
