School Site Coordinator
The School Site Coordinator ensures that all school site Clubs are in compliance with the Encore/ASES partnership while maintaining the Boys & Girls Club's mission, value, and goals.
Salary:
Pay ranges from $18.50-$21.00 an hour D.O.E. (Part-Time)
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff and volunteers at school sites, ensuring that they are aligned with the club's mission, values, and goals.
- Assist Site Supervisors with behavioral issues and/or concerns with all members and attend all accommodation meetings regarding members IEP's, 504 Plans, etc.
- Attend all District Meetings and mandatory trainings.
- Enforce all BGCF Policies and Procedures.
- May be asked to represent the club at community events and meetings.
- May need to step into ratio for Site Supervisor coverage.
- Oversee membership forms, Encore/ASES registration forms, and daily Encore/ASES paperwork such as, attendance grids, sign in/out processes (i.e. Pro Care), early release forms etc.
- Promote and stimulate program participation; recruit and register new members and participate in their club orientation process.
- Train and supervise part time staff and volunteers to work efficiently
- Maintains contact with school principals, teachers, members' parents, outside community groups
- Assists with parent outreach regarding student attendance, behavior, and other matters.
- Provides support to site supervisors regarding members academic, physical, and social-emotional needs.
- Oversees grant compliance and maintains relationships with the Fullerton School District.
- Ensures a positive environment and promotes the safety of members.
- Manage and submit necessary administrative paperwork needed for grant and program reports.
Skills / Knowledge
Required:
- 1 year of experience working with youth (Required)
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft computer programs. (Required)
- 1 year of supervisor experience. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of youth development principles and best practices. (Preferred)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- 1 year of Encore/ASES/District experience (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Preferred)
