The CC TAP Special Project Manager will oversee the technical assistance tracking, research, and responses for technical assistance requests made by members of CAEP consortia throughout California. Additional duties will include evaluation of all professional development activities and participating in a mixed methods action research project during the 2026-27 academic year. The CC TAP Manager is a full-time, temporary management position within the North Orange County Community College District.
The role i funded for up to two years with an expected start date of August 1 or August 15, 2026.
We're seeking candidates with experience evaluating educational programs using tools such as Qualtrics and experience in customer-service related to tracking and responding to help desk tickets using platforms such as Zoho Desk and project management software such as Work Zone. Background in quantitative and qualitative research methods is desirable. Knowledge and/or experience in higher education, noncredit adult education and the California Adult Education Program (CAEP) is preferred but not required.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in statistics, communications, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.
